Science Program Manager

The Autism Science Foundation is seeking a Science Program Manager to oversee and manage our growing autism research grant program.  This person will provide support to all ASF grantees and grant applicants, will organize scientific meetings, and will develop programs for scientists to present research to the stakeholder community.  The person will represent ASF at national science meetings (at NIH and CDC, for example) and will also prepare/edit a weekly science summary for the website and for social media channels.  He/she will also manage our bi-monthly video interview series with autism scientists around the world.  This is a full time position, with benefits, located in our New York City office. 
 
The right person will have experience in the following areas:
Science research/lab experience
Strong knowledge of autism research
Social media proficiency
Video editing skills
Strong writer/communicator
Great public speaker
Highly organized
PhD or Masters Degree and lots of autism research experience
