FRIENDS Study Flyer

We are looking for girls and boys ages 8-11 to tell us about their friendships!

The FRIENDS study is a doctoral dissertation study that aims to learn more about what children want and expect from their friendships. We are interested in studying children with autism spectrum disorder as well as children without autism, as we aim to understand all children’s experiences with friendships, as well as the ways these experiences may be similar or different for children with and without autism.

Participation includes online parent questionnaires and a 1 hour Zoom videoconference meeting with your child to conduct a brief interview and questionnaires. Families will be provided with a $10 Amazon gift card for their participation.

Eligibility Criteria
Children with and without autism who are ages 8-11 or in grades 3-6 are welcome to participate.
