Sensory Consequences of Action in Autism Spectrum Disorder

The Seaver Autism Center at Mount Sinai is seeking participants for a research study to help understand sensory and perceptual functioning in children with autism spectrum disorder. The study will involve all non-invasive tasks, including computer testing and electroencephalography (EEG), as well as diagnostic and clinical testing. Study participation will involve 3-4 visits to the Seaver Autism Center, each lasting approximately 3 hours. Participants will be compensated up to $100 for participation, and can be provided with a comprehensive report of all clinical testing free of charge.

Eligibility 

Children aged 2-17 with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are eligible to participate.
