Finding novel distinctions between the sAPPα-mediated anabolic biochemical pathways in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Fragile X Syndrome plasma and brain tissue

Researchers are looking for biochemical differences in two similar developmental disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Fragile X Syndrome. To do this, they compared brain tissue of affected brains with typical ones and looked for varying levels of a specific protein.
