Tell Us Your Thoughts About Telehealth in the Pandemic
Published June 22, 2020
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we do almost everything—including how we receive our medical care. Below you will find a link to a quick and anonymous survey that shares your experiences with telehealth during the pandemic—both positive and negative—with the Child Neurology Foundation. CNF will use and share this anonymous data to provide resources for both caregivers and providers. It will also help to find ways to advocate so that you and your family get the quality of medical care you deserve. If you have any questions about this survey or CNF in general, please email programs@childneurologyfoundation.org.
The survey will close on July 17.
