Parent Perceptions of Sensory-Based Interventions and Supports
What's the study about?
The purpose of this research study is to determine which sensory strategies and treatments parents think work best for their children.
Who can participate?
18 years old or older, caregiver of a child with autism spectrum disorder or a related neurodevelopmental disorder.
What will participants be doing?
You will be asked to fill out a short anonymous online survey (5-10 minutes) that asks about your child’s sensory preferences, and how happy you are with the sensory treatments you have used or are currently using with your child.
Why is this important?
The information you provide will help us determine which sensory treatments are most popular and seem to work well, so we can focus future research on those approaches.
