Bryan Harkins
Position: Interim Treasurer
Bryan Harkins is President of IEX Group where he oversees the advancement of product development and innovation, strategic growth, and operational excellence for the company. An experienced industry leader in multi-asset exchange trading, Fintech, and capital markets, he holds exceptional experience in advancing product development and driving growth of trading platforms. Harkins previously held roles as the EVP, Head of Markets at Cboe Global Markets overseeing equities, derivates, and foreign exchange trading, as well as ETF listings; the President of BIDS trading, EVP and Head of Markets at BATS Global Markets, the Chief Operating Officer of Direct Edge, and the Chief Revenue Officer of Trumid. He is the co-founder of ASF’s Rides FAR (for autism research) charity event and he has served on the Board of Directors for the Autism Science Foundation since 2019. In 2023 he was named recipient of the STA’s Dictum Meum Pactum Award for his unwavering commitment to the betterment of the financial services industry and was chosen by Crain’s New York Business on its “40 Under 40” in 2014. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He resides in New York with his wife and children.
