Jessica Dils
Position: Finance Manager
Jessica joins ASF with a background in business and finance. Prior to ASF, she served as Business and Finance Manager at AutismUp, where she supported the organization’s operations and mission. She earned her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. Her strong commitment to advocating for individuals of all abilities stems from both her personal and professional experiences. These include growing up alongside her cousin with Down syndrome and continuing to work with individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
