Help Advance Supportive Workplaces for Autistic Adults

What's the study about?

The study hopes is to understand how employed autistic adults experience and feel about their jobs, specifically with their supervisor, co workers, and opportunity to advance or be promoted.

Who can participate?

Our participants must be:

  • 18 years old or older
  • Autistic
  • Have no legal guardian
  • Currently working full-time or part-time
  • Does not have a manager role
  • Earning below $23 an hour


What will participants be doing?

Complete the screening questionnaire by scanning the QR code on the flyer or using this link: http://bit.ly/ASDwork. It takes 5 minutes or less to complete the screening questionnaire.

If you are found eligible for the study’s researcher, Lynette Herbert, will reach out to you with survey’s link in which it takes 15-20 minutes to complete.

Why is this important?

This study is the first of its kind. We are directly asking autistic adults how they feel at work. The findings will help advance and promote positive work experiences for autistic workers. Together, we are building welcoming and supportive workplaces for everyone!
