What's the study about?

This study is focused on healthcare transition readiness in youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their caregivers.We are recruiting youth (12-26 years) with an intellectual or developmental disability from racial/ethnic minority communities to participate with their caregiver or primary support person! Do you want to help improve healthcare for people with disabilities?

Who can participate?

Youth (12-26 years) with an intellectual or developmental disability from racial/ethnic minority communities to participate with their caregiver or primary support person.

What will participants be doing?

You will participate in two 1 hour virtual interview sessions. Caregivers will participate in 1 hour virtual interview session. Each will receive a gift card for participation in each session.

Why is this important?

It will help us learn more about the healthcare experiences of youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
